Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you need and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment and PayPal. We accept most major credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, live chat or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart. Most of our parts ship out the same day.

Verify Your Shipment!
You have 7 business days from the time your tracking number shows your package has been delivered to contact us about missing items or damage to your package. After that your sale and shipment is final and we will not reship claims of damage or missing items. We monitor all outbound packages with surveilance cameras and we only can go back so far in our system.
Back Orders
We ship all orders complete. If you would like your order split shipped we are happy to do this but there will be additional shipping applied. Split shipments do not qualify for free shipping. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If your order is going to be on extended backorder (longer than 10 business days) you will be notified via Email in 4-5 days if your item is back ordered. Many times we utilize drop shipping from our suppliers to expedite your order shipping out. If your item is on backorder and we are having this drop-shipped to you, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible in these instances. If you have any questions concerning stocking levels please contact our customer service to confirm. Our website does not show stocking levels.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Superceded Part
At times the OEM supercedes part numbers. A superceded part number is a change by the manufacturer of an existing part number to a new part number which can include multiple parts being included in the new part number. Pricing discrepancies may occur at that time and a representative will notify and confirm the new price and part number change.
Returns
All kits (Engine, Hydraulic, Accessories, etc.) must be return as a complete kit. We do not take returns on individual items pulled out of a kit.
Bad Boy Mower Parts returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must have an approved Return Authorization request form from us prior returning parts back within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned items must be returned in new condition with original packaging. Additional shipping will need to be charged if we need to send out another part. We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% restocking fee for any return. In addition all returns are situational and we reserve the right to change our returns policy accordingly at anytime without warrant or notice.
If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please call us to receive an Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your purchase before shipping it back to us (there is no restocking fee on these items, initial shipping is nonrefundable). Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number so we may call you to get the right parts shipped out to you.
If a part is wrong due to a customer mistake, please take note of our limited return policy. We will not accept returns on the following items:
- Any item not purchased from BadBoyMowerParts.com
- Engines are sold as final sale and are non-returnable. Please verify any and all model numbers and serial numbers prior to ordering.
- Short Blocks are also non-returnable.
- Decks are non-returnable.
- Electrical parts are non-returnable. Once An Electrical Part Has Been Shipped It Can Not Be Returned, Rerouted, or Refused. If We Receive An Electrical Part Back As A Refused Shipment We Reserve The Right To Not Refund You At All.
- Any product that has been installed or used.
- Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included in the product.
- Gaskets are non-returnable
- Owner’s manuals are non-returnable
- Coupon codes used on orders being returned will be deducted from refund.
- Baggers are non-returnable. Once purchased they are special order items, and are made to order.
- Any Item that is refused upon delivery is non-returnable. We reserve the right in the case of a refused shipment to consider this a violation of our returns policy and you will not be refunded for these items.
- Carburetors or any Fuel Related Parts (fuel tanks, fuel pumps, ect.) are non-returnable.
We recognize the importance of offering parts look-up for our customers when asked to. We have, and will continue to provide this service at no charge to our customers. Due to the complex nature of performing this service, we can assume no responsibility of any errors made as a direct result of our efforts. With that in mind, all parts returned as a result of parts look-up errors will be at the customers' expense and will be subject to our standard restocking fee.

Product Warranties
Bad Boy Mowers does not have a warranty on parts. BadBoyMowerParts.com does not have a warranty outside of what is (or is not) offered by the manufacturer.
If you have purchased an engine or short block from us and the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center to assist you.
